Did you know that your minor daughter can't use a tanning
salon without your consent BUT she can have an abortion without you knowing?
That's right, recently a law (AB105) was passed that requires parental
consent IN PERSON prior to a minor using a tanning salon in California.

YET, a minor girl under 18 years
can have an abortion without her parents knowing.
Does that make sense to you? We didn't think so.....
Well Sarah's Law will fix
that. Sarah's Law will require an abortionist to notify the parents prior to performing
an abortion on a minor girl under 18 years. In the case of an abusive family, Sarah's
Law provides for the abortionist to notify an adult family member, like an aunt,
grandparent or adult sibling over 21 years.
Sarah's Law will ensure that a family member is aware of the minor's
pregnancy situation, the family will then handle it accordingly.
It is a parents right to know if their child is having surgery
~ whatever surgery it may be!
Now that makes sense!
